Administrative Assistant Chicagoland Realty , LLC  

 Busy Real Estate Broker in search of a highly motivated and quick learner for part time office work- day hours only.!

 Various duties include but not limited to: Listing properties in MLS, Billing/receiving, setting up utilities, managing properties maintenance, working on web sites and helping complete broker opinions, completing tasks on web sites on time, setting up new files, closing out properties that have sold, posting pictures and dating pictures for tasks, and the list goes on. No day the same, always something new!

 

 

Market analysis and BPO experience a PLUS!

This can be fast-paced work and requires a professional demeanor at all times. * Must have technical proficiency. Microsoft Office skills are a must, as well as, highly skilled with internet usage, and email. *   * Real Estate experience is preferred but not required.

 

Job Type: (Part-time M-W -F 9-3 -please note this is the desired work time- some flexibility but this is not a full time job.) Please don’t apply if looking for full time with benefits.

Salary: Starting at $14./hour

Required experience:

  • Microsoft Office- Internet-Web-
  • MLSNI (desirable and a plus- not mandatory)
