Job Description

RDG Funds LLC (RDG), a nine-year-old company investing in real estate assets, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to become a vital member of our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fun and exciting organization.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
• Managing and maintaining a professional office environment
• Maintaining a thorough file system (paper and electronic)
• Managing and driving cost saving initiatives for office supplies and equipment
• Greeting external counterparties, such as investors and other real estate professionals
• Assisting in event planning and coordination
• Fielding correspondence from third-party property management group as well as tenants at properties managed in-house
• Efficiently facilitating real estate document execution to drive transaction momentum
• Supporting other team members, including Operations, Acquisitions, and Accounting departments

Job Requirements

Requirements for the job:
• Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Being a team player with ability to work independently, prioritize among multiple assignments, and meet strict deadlines
• Strong work ethic
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
• Computer proficiency, with experience in Excel and Word
• College degree preferred
