Job Description

The Salem Group is looking for an Accounting Clerk to work with our Wealth Management client in Highland Park, IL.  This is a temp-to-hire position with an immediate start!

 

Job Description:

 

  • Billing, Balancing on spreadsheets, Entering Cash Receipts, working with insurance contracts, statement balance into Excel.
  • Print client statements and enter data into billing worksheets
  • Work with and understand trade blotters and tickets-will be entering commission for the sales ppl across the country
  • Download agency reports from Pershing, convert to excel, sort, and match trades. correct rep numbers with guidance.
  • Data entry of journal entries
  • Monthly accounting deadlines to adhere to

Job Requirements

  • 1-5+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
