We are seeking to bring on a future advisor starting in the role of Financial Planning Jr. Analyst.  We will provide mentoring, training and support to help you develop your planning and client servicing skills.  You will work with our planning team to support the needs of our clients and senior advisors.  In this role you will learn to segregate financial data so as to identify obstacles and seek out opportunities for clients. As you gain knowledge and experience you will contribute more and more toward team contributions and value-add solutions for our client’s financial future. Working in a team environment pools experience, intellect and creativity to yield the broadest spectrum of rich results.

Vantage serves clients locally and across the globe.  Our client relationships range from corporate CEOs to business owners to retirees.  We seek long-term relationships with both clients and employees. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who recognizes the value of team interaction and support as well as individual contribution.  Prior experience and a CFP Certificant or Candidate is highly desired.  


  • Engage and support clients through the data collection process

  • Organize, review and prepare the date for analysis 

  • Support advisors and analysts client servicing needs

  • Design and prepare client deliverables

  • Support firm wide marketing efforts

  • Review peer reports for quality control


  • Excellent written and oral communication 

  • Sharp detail orientation with a strong analytical aptitude 

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (will be tested)

  • Prior experience as a planning assistant or para-planner 

  • Strong aptitude for quality control

  • Organization and project management ability

  • Ability to work independently and with our team

  • Proficient with software and technology (will be tested)

  • Marketing education and / or experience

Job Requirements

Education-Bachelor Degree

Experience- 2-4 Years preferred in previous role.

Skills-Excellent Verbal & Communication skills is a must.

Must be within a commutable distance to insure a punctual attendance.
