This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures.

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: Manage and resolve all guest complaints (and compliments) in a professional and courteous manner. 
*Maintain guest accounts: vouchers, gift certificates, Cash and Credit Cards etc... 
*Ensure that the front desk and back office is clean and well organized. 
*Resolves complaints and inquiries concerning service and facilities. 
*Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff and management in a professional manner. 
*Attend to daily operational requirements of standard opening and shift procedures. 
*Initiate and monitor shift check lists for proper completion of tasks. 
*Provide effective communication to all departments of guest activity. 
*Respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely manner. 
*Previous Hotel experience is a plus.
*Requires Interpersonal skills, Computer skills, Typing, Patience and Understanding and Customer Service Orientation
* Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. Follows company policies and procedures.
*Will also be required to do any miscellaneous duties assigned. Management will train for the position. 


Qualifications

Requirements include holding a High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. Some college is preferred.  You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
